	The following will describe what A-for-Adventure is all about and what inspired us to create this site. About A-for-Adventure A-for-Adventure is a non-profit site dedicated to providing essential information about adventure games. The hope is to provide easy access to this information. We, at A-for-Adventure are determined to provide information for every commercial and freeware adventure game ever released, but since this is a tremendous job, it cannot be accomplished without public support. In case you decide to support us with reviews, previews, news, screenshots, or whatever way possible then Sign-Up to A-for-Adventure and help us in achieving our goal. The main reason that prompted us to create this site was that during all our surfing sessions, we never came across any adventure only site where you'd find every adventure game you wished to read about. None of them were complete. We are determined to make this site someplace you'll want to return to and provide nostalgic reminders of the good old days. About Review Pages Every adventure game has been allocated a page on this site, which provides the information about the game. This information includes the name of the publisher and the developer, which year the game was released, format and size of the release, theme and sub-genre, screen shots including one from the title screen, reviews and walkthroughs. The reviews gives the viewer a general idea of the game, i.e. the story line, the interface, sound and music, the member's opinion about the game, etc. New features, such as "Rate the Game" and "Where to Buy it?" links are also added to these pages just for our visitors convenience. About Search Facility We have added every possible search option to browse our database of reviews to make finding your game a breeze. You can search a title by Sub-Genre, by Theme, by Letters or do a general search by typing a word or title in the search line. Similarly, you can also search a Company by typing part of or whole title in the company search line. About Links We are determined to add every link that we feel is worth visiting by any adventure game fan, this includes, possible outlets where a hard to find game can be found, discussion boards where you can exchange ideas with other adventure gamers or ask for support. Some good walk-through sites will also be added. About Sponsors Although our site is a non-profit site we do have some server cost to pay. To cover the expenses we do have some pay per buy banners on our site, but that's all we have. We kind of abhor pop up banners or anything that may be irritating to our visitors. That's all we wanted to illustrate here. We encourage visitors to keep visiting and browsing around our site.
